We are delighted to announce this range of Thank you packs for kids designed by Julie fletcher.  I have a feeling that we have probably announced them a bit early as they will make great stocking fillers but we wanted to get them out there so here they are.  We have four designs including a crocodile, owl, giraffe and lion.  You can personalise either line of text you can see the range here.

We had some new work in from Ailie Busby recently.  Ailie is a prolific children's book author and I had bought some of Lulu stories in Amazon previously for our children.  Last year we published 12 Kids Age birthday cards and so we were very excited when these came in.  They are non age birthday cards but will complement the existing range perfectly.  Here are two examples of them in sketch format.  Ailie is currently working on the final versions which we hope to publish in September.

When we were developing a Pirate Lift the Flap card it was fun deciding what would appear underneath flaps that the recipients would open.  We came up with this image for one of them.

I remember thinking at the time that it might not go down well with everyone and that, as a kids card, it might not set a very good example but we went ahead as it is a great image and we've had no complaints!  Our US customers did ask us to change it however and so if you buy one in the US and open the bottom right hand flap you will see this image instead.

Today we launched the first of our Artists shops.  Julie Fletcher has been illustrating for us for the 6 or 7 years (it might be even longer).  Now you can see all her work on one place:

We are delighted at how these have turned out.  They were designed by Lizzie Hodgkinson and are just back from the printed.  As part of the Layers range they are printed on a cream Italian board, embossed, foiled and glittered.  The come with silver envelopes.  You can see Lizzie's whole range here.

I had forgotten what a lot of work a new website was.  Last week we finally launched Jamesellis.com.  Now we have all our personalised stationery and regular products in one place.  In addition we have a separate site for all our trade customers.

The new site has many more features for our customers and we hope you will find it easier to navigate around the site.

Happy New Year.  We have been a bit quiet in the blogging department but we have been busy!!  We've published some additions to our Layers range.  They include designs by Max Ososki, Clare Fennell and Clare Isaacs.  The cards are printed on an uncoated board, are debossed and delicately foiled in gold or silver.  You can see the whole range here.

We've been working on our personalised wedding stationery range recently and the latest addition is a range of Save the Date cards.  You can choose from a selection of designs or use you own photo if you prefer.  As always if you want to change design slightly let us know what you had in mind and we should be able to accommodate you.  We have matching wedding invitations, thank you cards and we are working on Orders of Service and Place cards (available in the next 2-3 weeks).  You can order a free sample pack here.

We are delighted to announce the launch of 7 new age birthday cards designed by Max Ososki and part of our new Layers range.  Currently we have designs for 18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 and we will be adding a 80 cards in the next few weeks.  They are printed on cream board and debossed in the centre. The numbers and borders are picked out in gold foil. The cards measure 120 x 167 mm and come with 'old gold' colour envelopes measuring 125 x 175 mm.  You can order them now on our website.
