When I first received my height chart there were some small stains on it. After I emailed the customer service team they replied within hours and apologised, sent me a replacement height chart first class post, and even included five little cards with envelopes as an extra “we’re sorry” gift! Honestly the best customer service and my new height chart is perfect. I would 100% recommend, it’s worth every penny. Also, both height charts arrived super quickly - within 2 days of ordering/emailing for replacement. If I have any more children I’ll definitely be getting another one!

I think I’ve bought 5 of the personalised height charts now, most as a 1st birthday presents, and each one is so well made and is such a beautiful addition to any bedroom/nursery. You won’t regret buying one!
