      Delivery

      How long will it take to make my order?

      We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. If you are based in the UK, next day delivery is also available for most products. Please visit our delivery page for more details.

      This depends on where you are based and which delivery method you choose. Please visit our delivery page for more details.

      I need my order urgently, can I pay for a quicker service?

      A next day delivery service is available for UK customers. Please visit our delivery page for more details.

      How much is delivery?

      Standard delivery to the UK is free on all orders over £5. For orders below £5 (for instance a single greetings card) we charge 50p delivery. Please visit the delivery page for details about next day and international delivery.

      Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?

      Yes, we can ship to anywhere in the world. Please visit our delivery page for delivery times and prices.

       

      Problems & complaints

      I've changed my mind, can I return my order?

      If you have ordered a personalised product, unfortunately we can't offer a full refund unless your order is damaged or faulty. However in some cases we can offer a partial refund if you send the item back to us. This will depend on the kind of product and the condition that it is in. Please get in touch here and we will do our best to help.

      For non-personalised items such as greetings cards, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is still in the condition in which it was sold. Please get in touch here with your order number and we'll let you know where to send your return.

      My order is damaged or incorrect, what should I do?

      We are very sorry if there is a problem with your order. Please get in touch here and let us know what's wrong. When we are at fault we will replace your order as a matter of urgency, or issue a refund if you prefer.

      I've made a mistake on my personalised order, what should I do?

      Please contact us here as soon as possible. If we haven't printed your order yet we can easily make a change for you. In the event that your order has already been printed or dispatched we will do our best to help. Depending on the product and the way it is made we may be able to disassemble it and make changes for you.

      My order hasn't arrived within the delivery time, can you track it for me?

      We are very sorry if your order has not arrived when expected. With the exception of next day delivery, our delivery times are estimates and can sometimes take a little longer during busy times of year. If you feel you have been waiting longer than is reasonable, or if you paid for next day delivery, please contact us here and we will look into it for you.

       

      Special Requests

      Can you gift wrap my order?

      Unfortunately we don't offer a gift wrapping service, but we are happy to include a gift message on the dispatch note if you are sending your order directly to the recipient. Please let us know in the 'special instructions' box when you checkout.

      Can you send me a proof of my personalised order before you print?

      We are happy to email a proof of any order. Please add a note in the 'special instructions' box with your request when you checkout. We won't print your order until you have approved the design. If you are ordering with next day delivery please note you will need to approve the proof before 2pm for your order to arrive the following day.

      I want something slightly different to what's on the site, can you help?

      Please get in touch here and we'll help if we can. In most cases we can only print in the designs, colours and fonts shown on the website, but every case is different so please don't hesitate to ask. 

       

      Collaboration

      I'm an artist, can I work with you?

      We are always interested in seeing new artwork. If you feel your style would fit in with our products, please email some examples or a link to your website to info@jamesellis.com.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.

      Can I review one of your products on my blog?

      We would be delighted if you would like to review one of our products. Unfortunately we are unable to send out free samples, but if you need photos or any additional information please get in touch here.
