Standard Delivery - £1.30 or FREE on orders over £5
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 5 working days. Delivery is free on orders over £5. For orders below £5 we charge £1.30 for delivery.
Express Tracked Delivery - £6.95
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS depending on the weight. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days and sent on a next day delivery service. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Orders are usually ready within 1 working day, but please allow 2 - 3 days for height charts and prints. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
We're open Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm.

Duties & Taxes
United States
We send orders to the US on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means the tariff costs are included in the price you pay at the checkout, so there won't be any fees at the time of delivery.
European Union
Orders below €150 EUR are exempt from customs duties and VAT will be included in the price you pay at the checkout. As long as your order is below €150 EUR there won't be any fees at the time of delivery.
