Faulty or Damaged Products
We are very sorry if there is a problem with your order. Please get in touch here with your order number and let us know what's wrong. When we are at fault we will replace your order as a matter of urgency, or issue a full refund if you prefer.
Non-personalised Products
For non-personalised products such as cards, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is still in the condition in which it was sold. Please get in touch here with your order number.
Personalised Products
If you have ordered a personalised product, unfortunately we can't offer a full refund unless your order is damaged or faulty.
